Can I order just one item?
Yes! We offer print on demand with no minimum order quantity and even embroidery on demand too. Whether you want a single hoodie, mug or tote, you can customise and order instantly.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we do. If you're ordering in larger quantities, we can provide a custom quote with discounted pricing. Contact us with your details and we’ll put together a tailored quote for you. That doesn't mean you have to order 100's or 1000's either. Sometimes just 5 or 6 will get you a quantity discount!
How does the online store setup work?
You can create your own branded merchandise store with no setup fees and no ongoing costs. Add your designs, choose your products, and start selling — we’ll handle the printing, packing, and dispatching. You don’t need to hold any stock.
I’m not sure what products would work for me. Can you help?
Absolutely. We’re happy to recommend products based on your audience, event, or campaign. Just tell us a bit about what you're doing, and we’ll help you find the perfect fit.
Do I need to supply my own artwork?
If you have a logo or design, great! But if not, we can help you create something simple or refine what you already have. You can also use our online designer to see how something might look on certain products too, you can add text or upload images.
Can I sell merch without handling orders myself?
Yes — that’s exactly what our on-demand store platform is for. You focus on your brand, we handle the orders. When someone buys from your store, we produce the item, pack it, and ship it directly to them.
How long does delivery take?
For print on demand and small orders, typical production time is 5–10 working days. Bulk or bespoke orders may take longer depending on quantity and complexity. If you’re on a deadline, just let us know — we’ll do everything we can to help.
Do you offer eco-friendly products?
Yes! We have a wide range of sustainable options, including recycled materials, organic cotton, and reusable items. Let us know you're looking for eco products and we’ll guide you to the right choices.
Can you store and dispatch our stock for us?
Yes. If you're running a store or ordering in bulk, we can store your items, manage stock, pick and pack orders, and ship them out as needed. This is perfect for clubs, teams, or campaigns with ongoing needs.
Are you GSPR compliant?
Yes — and we can act as your Responsible Person if needed. We can also offer GSPR compliance as a standalone solution for sellers handling their own stock too.
